July 24th is National Self-Care Day, and we’ve partnered with LifeToGo on a Roadmap to Self-Care to promote the importance of self-care and how to practice it in your own life.

LifeToGo supports a well-rounded lifestyle, which includes caring for one’s physical AND mental health, understanding that true healthy living is a balance between body and mind – and that balance starts on the inside with self-care. There are some common misconceptions about self-care that often get in the way of practicing it. Read on to learn more.

Because self-care can be a game changer in terms of mental health, taking steps to fold it into your routine is essential.  It takes purposeful effort, but it can work wonders in terms of maintaining or improving your daily mental wellbeing.
