ROSIE

When ROSIE started posting on TikTok, the emotional-pop artist achieved every songwriter’s dream: her breakout single “Never the 1” reached just shy of 18 million views and got the attention of Arista Records, who signed her shortly after. The New York native puts into words the complexities of heartbreak, resonating with millions, as well as celebrities like FINNEAS, Olivia Rodrigo, Charlie Puth, Olivia O’Brien, and Celine Dion–ROSIE even co-wrote “Love Again” for a SONY film, which was Dion’s first song since being diagnosed with Stiff-person Syndrome. At just 25 years old, ROSIE has already earned a reputation as a self-love visionaire by championing social media transparency through her vow not to wear makeup and never edits her photos, yes, not even Facetune. Whether it’s her lyrics or her artwork, ROSIE brings forward an unpolished, human authenticity. While ROSIE had a successful 2023 with the release of her sophomore EP, 5 Songs For Healing, and her first U.S. headlining tour, 2024 has seen the songstress reach new heights. ROSIE’s music now reaches 3M+ listenership worldwide, and her recent collaboration with singer-songwriter Caleb Hearn on “Little Bit Better” has gone viral online, amassing over 50 million streams on Spotify.” She recently supported David Kushner on his Dichotomy Tour.  Her debut album “City Woman” came out on November 1st.

Samuel Adegoke

Samuel Adegoke is a Nigerian-American actor, writer, and producer known for Dynasty (Netflix), Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist (Peacock), and This Is Not a War Story (HBO Max). He is passionate about creating film and television that explores identity, builds cultural bridges, and amplifies underrepresented voices and storytellers, particularly across Africa and the African diaspora.

After the unexpected loss of close friends to suicide, all young Black men, Sam was confronted with the alarming and often overlooked rise in suicide rates within Black communities, particularly among men. Those experiences led him to seek resources that helped him better understand and prioritize his own mental health.

Since then, Sam has used his platform to encourage more open conversations around mental wellness and the value of therapy, particularly within Black and African communities where stigma, cultural barriers, and limited awareness can often prevent people from seeking support. He believes storytelling can be a powerful way to foster understanding, build connection, and remind people that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Jon Rose

Jon Rose is a former professional surfer and the founder of Waves For Water, a global clean-water organization that has helped millions of people across 51 countries and responded to more than 40 major disasters. For over 15 years, he worked in some of the world’s most challenging humanitarian environments—from post-earthquake Haiti to war-torn Afghanistan—designing agile systems that deliver real help in real time.

After years of operating under extreme pressure, Jon stepped back from frontline disaster work to confront the personal cost of chronic stress, trauma, and burnout. Today, he shares the lessons from that journey through keynote speaking, his consultancy Odyssey 45, and his docu-series Unpacking, helping leaders and teams navigate purpose, resilience, and transformation.
