TAKE
IT
PERSONALLY.

Join the Mental Health Coalition to kick off the Biggest Conversation Ever about the Biggest Public Health Crisis Ever.

Everyone has mental health.

We’re launching a public outcry for everyone to Take It Personally—to mobilize a shift in mindset and build a future where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered.

When it comes to mental health, there’s no us versus them. Take It Personally acknowledges that mental health affects all of us—and we all have a responsibility to create the world we want to live in.

This is the beginning of a new mental health culture—one where vulnerability is strength, empathy is intuitive, and stigma is a memory. In a time of division and disconnection, let’s reflect, connect, and imagine what’s possible when we take mental health personally.

JOIN THE CONVERSATION

One of the most effective ways to take mental health personally is to talk about mental health and how we care for it. So, we ask that you join us in conversation.
