Minaa B. is a therapist, the author of “Owning Our Struggles,” and the founder of I’M SO MATURE MEDIA, a multimedia brand that uses art and entertainment as cultural touchpoints to guide people toward emotional wellness and self-discovery. Minaa is also a mental health educator who helps people understand themselves, deepen their relationships, and reimagine what community care can look like through the lens of siblinghood. As the youngest of 13 within a blended family system, Minaa believes sibling relationships, whether biological or chosen, often reflect our earliest lessons about boundaries, belonging, conflict, and repair.
